In this paper, a cell average technique(CAT) based parameter estimation method is proposed for cooling crystallization involved with particle growth, aggregation and breakage, by establishing a more efficient and accurate solution in terms of the automatic differentiation(AD) algorithm. To overcome the deficiency of CAT that demands high computation cost for implementation, a set of ordinary differential equations(ODEs) entailed from CAT based discretized population balance equation(PBE) are solved by using the AD based high-order Taylor expansion. Moreover, an AD based trust-region reflective(TRR) algorithm and another interior-point(IP) algorithm are established for estimating the kinetic parameters associated with particle growth, aggregation and breakage. As a result, the estimation accuracy can be further improved while the computation cost can be significantly reduced, compared to the existing algorithms. Benchmark examples from the literature are used to illustrate the accuracy and efficiency of the AD-based CAT, TRR and IP algorithms in comparison with the existing algorithms. In this study,the low frequency electromagnetic casting(LFEC) technology was adopted to fabricate 2195 Al-Li alloy.The microstructure and solid solubility of as-cast 2195 alloys,as well as the second phase precipitation and tensile properties after aging,were investiagated and compared with the counterpart direct chill casting 2195 alloy.Our results indicate that LFEC can significantly improve the microstructure and metallurgical quality of as-cast alloy,and increase the number density of θ'(Al_2 Cu) and T_1(Al_2 CuLi) phases during aging treatment due to the enhanced solubilities of alloying elements.The tensile properties of 2195 aged alloy cast by LFEC were hence improved evidently. 相似文献

分级加载电压技术能够有效延长电渗处理的时间,改善地基的处理效果并能有效降低能耗。在利用分级加载电压技术开展电渗试验时,随着土体的排水固结,土体各点的电势会发生明显的变化,这与现有的电渗固结理论假设土体各点电势保持不变有所差异。利用自主设计的电渗试验仪器开展了分级加载电压下的电渗室内试验,分析了电渗过程中土体有效电势变化的规律。基于该规律并结合Esrig固结理论建立了在阳极处不排水、阴极处排水条件下考虑土体有效电势变化的电渗固结理论,得到了分级加载电压条件下考虑土体有效电势变化的超静孔隙水压力和平均固结度的解析表达式。研究表明,在电压分级加载过程中,土体有效电势变化规律表现为随时间先基本保持不变,后呈抛物线状先增后减。通过试验案例验证了考虑土体有效电势变化所求得解析解的合理性,且该数值计算结果相较于Esrig数值计算结果,前者更加接近实测值,该固结方程的建立为后续分级加载电压技术的推广应用提供了理论依据,也为实际工程提供了参考。 相似文献

According to the Ghana Statistical Service, construction activity generated US$3.8 billion in 2014, representing about 12.7% of nominal GDP. A key factor that most investors in the construction sector consider in project selection is cost which has escalated over the years. Therefore, we examine the co-movements and causality in the time and frequency domains between the prime building cost index (PBCI) and its disaggregates on one hand and inflation and exchange rate on the other hand in Ghana. The findings revealed that the degree of co-movement between PBCI and inflation was significant at the 5% level and occurred over the long-run, indicating that construction cost drives inflation. The degree of co-movement between the prime build cost index and exchange rate occurred within the short term. These co-movements have policy implications for substituting inflation and exchange rates in project costing by investors in Ghana. The co-movement between the PBCI and inflation in the medium to higher frequencies suggests that inflation risk-averse investors should consider short-term projects. Again, the short to medium frequency co-movements between the PBCI and exchange rate indicates that investors should consider exchange rate risk in long-term projects. 相似文献

In this study, the effect of processing parameters on surface roughness and macro surface characteristics was analyzed during the machining of Ø30 mm and 300 mm aluminum alloy AA5083 abrasive water jets. As the processing parameters (up to 10 mm min−1, 15 mm min−1, 20 mm min−1 and 25 mm min−1), abrasive flow rate (50 g min−1, 150 g min−1, 250 g min−1 and 350 g min−1), the lathe chuck rotational speed (25 min−1, 50 min−1, 75 min−1 and 100 min−1) and the nozzle approach distance (2 mm, 5 mm, 8 mm and 11 mm) were used in experiments. In experimental studies, the pump pressure (360 MPa) was used as a constant, in the form of an abrasive Garnet (100 mesh), and the nozzle diameter as 0.76 mm. According to the findings, the best results in terms of surface roughness were obtained as a result of turning speed and abrasive flow rate. When the macro surface characteristics were examined, it was found that the lathe chuck rotational speed increased, the rate of nozzle progression was low, the rate of abrasive flow was high and the nozzle approach distance was lower and the smoother surfaces were obtained. 相似文献
